With all of our specialist courses below, you can choose to complete the Certificate or Award course where you will receive your ABT Accredited Qualification, or you can select to join one of the individual training days to enhance your skills and knowledge in a particular aspect of that unit, where you will receive an accredited LBA Certificate confirming your attendance and training completed.

Specialist Courses

If you are already trained as a barber, we offer the following courses so you can develop your skills further and add to the services which you offer your clients.

Depending on the course, the individual units run between 1 and 5 days.

The Art of Skin Fading – 3 Day Course

Skin fading is the term used to describe a very close, short graduation with clippers that leaves no visible outline at the back and sides – the hair simply appears to fade into the skin.  A skin fade is a clean haircut and can add a new dimension of freshness to any style.

The Skin fade is a highly popular style which all barbers need to perfect and master in order to ensure they keep their clientele and are recommended to other people. On our course you will learn how to perfectly skin fade and complete different variations of the style.
